Manually add Twitter Tweet button without using javascript

Twitter is a powerful social networking site to most of the user, but have you ever think on how to add tweets button to your blog without using the plugin?

It could be simply as just paste the code to your script.

Get your code like example below.
Tweet this Post.

For WordPress self host user, may use the script as below.

<a href="<?php echo urlencode(the_permalink()); ?>&amp;text=<?php echo urlencode(the_title()); ?>&amp;via=blogaccount&amp;related=myaccount">Tweet this</a>

For Blogger user, may use the script as below.

<a expr:href='"" + data:post.title + "&amp;url=" + data:post.url + "&amp;via=blogaccount&amp;related=myaccount"'>Tweet this!</a>

Remember to change the blogaccount to your blog name and myaccount to your twitter name.
