In Ruby on Rails (RoR), you might found some error from your mongrel log as some gems might missing to run your site properly, you may run the following command from your rails in order to fix/install automatically by the system.

Solution:
1. Go to the web server for this domain name.
2. Open IIS 6.0 from Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Internet Information Services(IIS) Manager or run a short cut named “inetmgr”.
3. Go to the virtual directory’s properties.
4. Look for “Server Extensions 2002″ tab and select on the “Setting” button.
5. An Internet Browser will prompt out and asking for your username and password, try to login with your user account.
6. Insert all the related information such as your host name, webmaster email, etc and submit it.
7. Go back to IIS Manager and right click on the virtual directory, go to All Task and select on Check Server Extension 2002.
8. Click all the checkbox in repair field and submit it.
9. Go back to IIS Manager and right click on the virtual directory, go to All Task and select on Recalculate Server Extension 2002.
10. Well done, you did it. Try to check your form as it is working now.

If you found Parallels HELM or previously called HELM4 not working after installed ASP .Net 3.5 Framework, and HELM Configuration Tool not working as well, you might use the following patches to fix the problem.

Affected Versions:
Please take note this patches only use for Parallel HELM 4.0 and 4.1 only.

Helm_KB951847_Patch.exe

If you have old version of HELM 4.0 (older than 4.0.20), please downlaod latest Helm Configuration Tool named HelmConfigurationTool.exe version 4.0.20(with Download section above), copy/replace it to ..\Helm4\Tools folder.

Launch the HELM_KB951847.Patch.exe command line tool on the affected server. If after this procedure Parallel Helm still not work, launch Configuration Tool and proform Helm update.

Try to check your tables in “Check Table” instead of using MyISAMchk as “Check Table” will checking for MyISAM and InnoDB type.

Login to your Shell.
Shell > mysql

Change to the database
Shell > use database_name;

Check the table which found error,
Shell > check table table_1;
